Chatham Hydrangea Day

If you have been following along on my insta, you will have seen my happy #dailyhydrangea posts.  I was fortunate enough to be on the Cape for peak hydrangea  season.

On a family trip to Chatham, we were treated to some spectacular colors and clusters.

This was in front of a bank!Hydrangeas lined the shops.  So enchanting! My dad said that this was his most favorite hydrangea bush! After a phenomenal beach hike (separate post), I slammed on my brakes when I saw the spectacular display of hydrangeas at a house that I will lovingly call 4.  4, my lucky number, was a gorgeous stunner of mainly pink and purple pastels.Truly a showstopper!!  Is there a room for me, 4? Don’t you wonder what it looks like inside?!?!  Obviously, I do!From 4, I moved on to a house that I will call one zillion.  As in, a zillion hydrangeas!  There was no way (even with a real camera) that I could document how deep the hydrangea bushes were and how they stretched down this long path.  Is this really someone’s house?!I wanted to dive in here! What a phenomenal day!I was one happy hydrangea hunting preppy!

Happy almost Friday!
