Today I am featuring small businesses that make upcycled and sustainable products.
Old Line Oysters x Seabags Tote – $180: Old Line Oysters latest colloboration features a Nantucket Toile prints designed by owner Rachel printed on a Seabags Maine recycled sail tote. Old Line Oysters works with the Oyster Recovery Project to plant oysters in Chesapeake Bay to restore water quality.
Sternlines Reclaimed Lobster Rope Mats – $45-$55: Sternlines makes their mats out of reclaimed lobster rope. If you see one you like, buy it quickly, as they keep selling out!
NavyBLEU Cashmere Sweater – $168: Responsibly designed by Erin of NavyBLEU, a portion of sales goes to One Warm Coat to provide coats for women and children in need.
On The Road Again Raymond Blue Tote – $70: Totes, clutches and placemats made from upcycled mesh and waterproof!
Long Wharf Supply Edgartown Sweater- $148: Made from oyster shells, water bottles and wool, these sweaters feel so soft. This one is a men’s, but maybe I’ll pretend to get it for V and keep it for myself.
Dudley Stephens Cobble Hill Turtleneck – $158: Made from recycled water bottles, Dudley Stephens gives back to charity. This year, their goal is to give $100,000 to St. Jude.
Three Mermaids Sea Glass Necklace at You, Me and the Sea Essex – $74: Made from found sea glass that owner Joanna and her twin girls find on the beach, these pieces are all so special!
Kuhl 1/4 Zip Pullover – $99: Recycled cotton and polyester available at Island Pursuit. Island Pursuit has a whole section of green brands!
Thom Kelly Charlotte Sweatshirt- $98: Megan designs classic pieces in sustainable and organic fabrics. Everything is super soft!
Soli and Sun Isabella Hangbag – $225: Made with sustainable and ecofriendly fabrics, supporting artists in the Philippines. One of many brands that I learned about at local shop For Now, so I linked to them!
Momoc Plaid Loafers – 115Euros- Made in Spain, Momoc shoes are vegan and sustainable. These loafers are made from recycled polyester and organic cotton and recycled wood.
